The series ‘Chuck‘ these days is quite talked about, for one simple reason, it’s guest stars.

The season two of the series is full of this. I don’t know if some one has noticed this or not, but in the each episode of the second season they have had a guest star. Well, I guess this is a publicity stunt to attract more viewers to the show by calling more and more stars as guests and through this they are making more and more people watch the show. I think this is definitely a good idea to increase the TRP of the show.

The stars that will be next making a guest appearance in the show are Jenny McCarthy and Andy Richter. The two will be appearing in the fourteenth episode of the second season. The episode is named ‘Chuck vs. the Suburbs’ and will air somewhere around February next year. In this episode, Jenny and Andy will act as a couple, one being a bad guy Fulcrum agent living somewhere in the suburbs. In this episode, Chuck and Sarah will also have to pose as a married couple, and move to suburbs in order to investigate the agent. I hope that the two should get married in the series and not just pose as a couple. They really make a nice pair. Anyways, let’s get back to the series and hope that they will get together, some day. They are not the only ones who have made a guest appearance on the show. The others in the list are Michael Strahan, John Larroquette, Melinda Clarke, Ben Savage, and Nicole Richie.

Though, I watch the series on a regular basis and I quite like the show. But, I guess, I am really looking forward to this episode which will have Jenny and Andy in it. One fact is that I like both these actors and I think that they are amazing actors. Their presence will only make the series all the more interesting and fun to watch.

‘Chuck vs. Tom Sawyer’ is the name of the last episode of the series, which was aired on October 27, 2008. This episode had almost all that one can think of. I mean it had emotions, suspense, over the top action, thrill, good looking Sarah and a splendid one hour of pure entertainment. Overall, if you ask me, then the second season of the series is much better than the previous one.

Jeff Barnes, the guest star of the episode and the one around whom the episode revolves, is a burnt out creepster. In the series he plays a video game champion 25 years ago. He is the greatest Missile Command player in the entire world. Being in the position that he is some bad guys are after him. As a result, some terrorists arrive at the Buy More, looking for Jeff. As it turns out in the series that missile satellite was actually commanded by the same Japanese man who owned Atari and made Missile Command. Morimoto has hid the missile commands for the satellite on the screen of the Missile Command arcade game. Morimoto is now an old man, and the only one who knows the codes to get to the kill screen. So, the terrorists are after him. But, our good guy, Chuck was eventually able to save him and the entire world.

I guess this season; the writers of the show are really paying attention to the script, as they know that they need to give audiences something unique and different. The comedy has also gone lot better this season and that can be seen in each episode. Well, I guess the series will really make it big in the world of television. It has all the ingredients like that of good plot, capable star cast and good writers. All it needs is some more public attention which the show is getting with the help of guest stars.

I have always liked Yvonne Strahovski and I started liking her all the more after she stared appearing on the NBC series ‘Chuck‘. In the series she is playing the role of Sarah a CIA agent. Recently, while I was surfing net, I went through an interview of hers where she was talking about her experience on the show.

The star admitted that she is really proud to be a part of the show and enjoys playing the role of Sarah. The star said that the whole team is thankful to the network for renewing the series even before the ratings were disclosed, as this showed the faith that they had on the series and this really boosted their confidence. This season lot of attention will be paid to Sarah’s character. So there will be lots of flashbacks, getting into the past of Sarah’s character. Sarah’s character in the series is quite a lonely one, that is, she does not enjoy an extended family. It is just his father who will be shown to us in the flashbacks.

Besides, the past that will be shown, in this season lot of action will be added to her character. Yvonne discloses that she really likes doing action and welcomes stunt with open arms. She also said that she really enjoys her role in Chuck as it is very challenging and different. The role has also improved her as an actor.

Well, Yvonne we too like you in the series and let me tell you that you are doing a great job and we really like you watching in the role of Sarah. Well, you didn’t reveal anything about yourself and Chuck, we really hope that you two get together and fight against terrorism as a couple
